Update reporting structure (Admin only)

Skillo Admins can manually update the reporting structure of any user in their institution. Up-to-date reporting structure is helpful because it enables leaders to more easily view the progress of their direct reports. It also enables instructors to add learners to courses and filter their roster view using a person's team.  and it will allow users to add users to courses and filter in roster view on the basis of a person’s team. (To update reporting structure via flat file, contact support@tryskillo.com)

  1. If you have Admin access, select “Find User” from the left-hand side bar
  2. Enter the user you would like to update in the text field
  3. Click on the user’s name once it appears below
  4. Click on the pencil icon next to the user's name
  5. Enter the user’s direct report in the “Reports to” field
  6. Click the Save button in the top right corner
